This kale salad will change your mind about this green. Bitter, yes, but that sweet and tangy acar vinaigrette does wonders to balance out the flavours. Love the added crunch in the dish from the nuts.

My favourite dish of the night! I’ve had this twice already and I can say it tasted even better the second time. The tortellinis – you can tell – are handmade and each come with a lovely bite. Poke into it and the ricotta is oozing out. Pumpkin was the perfect match for the cheese; sweet and light. I say eat everything on the plate together and don’t forget the creamy pumpkin sauce with curry oil – so fragrant!
