Somewhat uncommon dish, ordered this out of curiosity. Those who love salted egg dishes (like I do) will enjoy this, quite potent and does get a little "jelak" after several pieces.
... without ordering their signature Herbal Duck, would it? :)
And order yourself a hearty serving of Fish Maw Soup instead! This with lots of black vinegar and pepper = <3 <3 <3 Delicioso!
Always liked their Roast Duck (十全烤鸭), the yam ring was alright, somewhat pricey (S$19++) compared for the other dishes. Don't forget to pay with your Citibank credit card for 10% off total bill :)
Imperial Treasures with Seasonal Vegetables - an all-vegetarian dish for dad. That "nest" really resembles the real deal.
It doesn't feel right to leave Dian Xiao Er without ordering their signature roast duck, does it? :) Crispy skin, savory-sweet herbal gravy. Yumm.
