Very different way of cooking this dish. Not worth the money.

A little too thick flavoring.

Birthday dinner for the mum.

I always joked "the worst (messiest) Lou hei ever!". Because I remembered the yusheng will always land on people's arm, and even head & all over the place! So I guess that's why we Lou at the restaurant today!

One of the Chef's recommendation at Different Taste Cafe & Restaurant.
.
Filled with aromatic wok hei, the rice noddle is silky and well coated with eggs. The sambal have it the necessary kick to lift up the dishes. One of the highlights from our meal here last night.
