➊ [CHEONG FUN with SHRIMPS wrapped with some crispy thingy HKD28 ↝ S$4.80] - stomach already exploding but still insist to finish. Ate this with XO sauce and it gives a spicy kick!
➋ [HAR KOW HKD28 ↝ S$4.80] - no complains! It's my love!
➌ [SIEW MAI HKD24 ↝ S$4.15] - not a fan of this kind of pork.
➍ [PIGLET EGG CUSTARD HKD20 ↝ S$3.45]
You can definitely find good HK dim sum here but without having to squeeze in the older shops. DDM had modernised dim sum place, with a good mix of traditional and new creations for their dim sum. Spent avoiding tourist in bed and curing my jetlag. It does get a little harder getting back on Asia time. It's strange. And if you've been feeling a little "off centred" like me, I suggest you dig into a steaming hot claypot rice with beef minced, tangerine peel, water chestnut and egg to help you get back on track. Get the grilled green pepper stuffed with seafood paste too. It's awesome and now I wanna go back to bed.
