β¨: Din Tai Fungβs fried rice has got to be one of my favourite foods. The plump crystalline shrimp nicely complements the fragrant egg fried rice. Every grain of rice wears a charred golden coating, is distinct from each other, yet perfectly moist. This is comfort food ππ. β£

Basically the valedictorian of fried rice university π€ I'll make it a life goal to replicate it... one day...β£
(Rating:1/5π) This has got to be my worst Din Tai Fung experience for meπ Standard of Din Tai Fung seems like dropped quite a fair bit.
Spicy shrimp and pork wonton dry noodle. Just look how little the spicy sauce we got and the dumplings were all tasteless. Tantan noodle aka spicy sesame & peanut sauce noodle. It didnβt taste good as well.

β¨: These bursting pockets of joy are so satisfying and absolutely delicious.
Din Tai Fung perfects the soup dumpling with a silky, paper-thin skin, tender minced pork filling and flavourful, meaty soup. The dumplings paired with a mixture of 2 parts chinese vinegar, 1 part soy sauce and julienned ginger make for a match made in heaven. β£

π¬: Only complaint would be the strain on my wallet to dine at Din Tai Fung. Oh well, what can l say, Iβm living the broke student life π β£
