My favourite Foie Gras Truffle Yakiniku Donburi. The beef abit hard but the foie gras is perfect. 🙂 will be back. Love the chilled ambience

It was fantastic. A thick slab of creamy pan-seared foie gras along with slices of US Angus short rib make this dish a hearty one. Of course there’s the onsen egg when mixed with Tanuki Raw’s signature rice, truffle soy sauce and black garlic brown butter, you’ll achieve something so addictively good.

Honestly I could only tell a slight difference of with and without the fresh truffle.

My bowl of happiness. Big portion of foie gras with the heavenly tanuki rice. I could have it everyday and never get bored.

Foie Gras cooked to perfection, US black angus beef cooked to medium, onsen egg yolk runny as it should be and the black garlic brown butter enhance the taste and experience to the whole don. My kind of comfort lunch.

The onsen egg and Foie Gras has a very rich creaminess, both of which meld very well with the rice. The Yakiniku (beef slices) had a charred flavour which was good, though I would have liked it more tender. For the price, you get excellent value. I would come back to eat this again.
