It is easy to do at home or anywhere but what sets it apart from the rest is it was cooked to superbness the topped with a simple yet rich seaweed butter that's full of umami, stepping up the eating quality of the dish. We all know that an overcooked shellfish would be very chewy and it's a pity. I like Lollapalooza for its preparation of simple yet good food. The place also exudes a homey atmosphere though a bit difficult to get reservations at times.
