@lesbouchonsg provides some classic French fare for a riviera brunch and I’d happily take up their Black Angus Ribeye Steak Frites over eggs anytime! More on www.ms-skinny fat.com Link in bio.
The steak was packed with good fats and flavours, and they thoroughly nailed it with the free flow homemade French fries that came with unevenly crisped edges, with dented soft pockets to give you the potatoey flavour. I don't remember having such good fries for the longest time.

Still one of the best steak for value. A huge slab of steak done just right, topped off with garlic herb butter. Mouthful of juicy meat with fat that melts in your mouth. Ain't nobody got time for any sauces poured over the steak.
Anyhoo, the steak is served with many additional condiments like horseradish, mustard, mustard seeds.
And then we come to the fries. Oh lord, the free flow fries, fried in duck fat. No second thoughts finishing up my plate of fries. It has a crispy crunch with fluffy insides. A flavor punch with each piece.
Monster is on a roll! Meat! Meat! Meat!

Another delightful shot of melting butter and medium rareness all around. Delicious!
Got to be the best steak and frites at this value. Streets ahead of the others. Ribeye steak was done medium rare, and the icing on the cake was the rich aroma coming from the herb butter.
