Their truffle lobster roll is the best that we have eaten!

They've been serving lobster rolls since 2014, and after all that's what made them famous. The signature Classic Lobster Roll ($58) and Nonya Chilli Lobster Roll ($58, picture) are their all-time best sellers, where you'll find generous chunks of one whole live lobster served in buttery brioche rolls, well-mixed in the house-special sauces. They also serve the Truffle Lobster Roll ($68) as a luxe version, with fresh truffle as well as truffle caviar.
🔸
Their whole live lobsters are also available in cooking styles such as steamed, grilled or steamed Cantonese style ($58); as well as in the form of Lobster Noodles ($58) and Lobster Mac & Cheese ($32).

Brought to you by Restaurant Association of Singapore @ras.org.sg. And in frame is my all time favourite grilled lobster from @pinceandpints which also offers chilli lobster and truffle lobster roll. Other restaurants include The Flying Squirrel and the local Fatty Weng’s! So eat and win your way through! Idea for your National Day Celebrations!

The Lobster Roll is the classic, must try dish if you’re here for the first time. Large chunks of juicy lobster bits stuffed in a buttered bun and topped with chopped chives is the bomb. I ate this bun by the mouthfuls and each bite I took was filled with lobster. Shiok.

Also tried the Truffle Lobster Roll ($68) which you can read about on my site here: https://littlemissramen.wordpress.com/2017/10/05/pince-pints-duxton-road/

Make it rain on your palate with this admittedly pricey ($68), and yet so enjoyable truffle lobster roll with a warm buttery bun, stuffed full of the butter poached meat of a whole Maine lobster (about 600 grams on average with the shell), topped with shaved truffles and caviar...

This is a sandwich that says you live in the moment and you aren't afraid to invest in building memories for your mouth...

YOLO baby!

This came at a rather hefty price tag ($68++) but I felt that it was really delicious and the extra $10++ for the truffle was worth it. The truffle was fragrant and the freshness of the lobster can be enjoyed at the same time too.

I always have a thing for Sheng Mian and the lobster makes it even better! Next is the lobster laksa! I felt that it's pretty worthy because it has a lot of clams and also half a lobster! Pretty worthy I must say! Last but not least - the legendary truffle lobster roll! Needless to say , this is the must eat for everyone who are here!
Thanks @pinceandpints for Organising this for me and my friends. And have a great weekend guys!

This place serves the best lobster roll as raved by many people. Yes definitely worth the raves. It is really good although the price is not too friendly. However, for the price, the lobster meat were very generous as they serve 1 whole lobster meat for each mains. Choose the truffle version, because the sauce is really damn good!! I did spent a lot for this meal but I did not regret my decision. It is worth the try. Will be back if i feel rich again. 🙂
