Tender, yet firm to the bite. The plump and juicy clams were well coated with garlic and chilli. It has a pleasant balance between sweet and savoury. The sauce is a little salty but good to have it with a bowl of rice 》$16/small

It’s more pricey than others out there, but very shiok! The clams we’ve had here have always been plump and very well coated in the bit spicy and super garlicky sauce. Another plus point is that we like how you don’t get too many empty shells!

The most impressed is half of the clam’s shell was removed before cooking and each clam is big, plump and juicy.

The garlic and chilli combination is simple, but this marriage is made perfect with the breath of the wok (wok hei). Finger lickin good!

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Umami, umami, umami!

Very fragrant, very fresh lala, best eaten with a bowl of hot Jasmine rice. Everyone loved this dish alot, except my sister, because she just dislikes lala generally.

Bad news, I thought I could use this dish to convince my little sister to try liking lala. Failed.
Good news, I still have more lala to eat at family dinners!
