Don't usually eat supper but the rich broth and tender strips of beef here are too good to resist.
My boyfriend's eyes (and mine too) widened in surprise when we took a sip of the addictive-ly rich and flavorful broth. At a reasonable $6.80++, the amount of beef and tendon given was pretty generous, and the relatively smaller portion of noodles makes it just right for a late night treat. Available only on the Supper menu (10pm-6am daily) at Aperia Mall. (Please pardon the horrible photo; I took it only halfway into the meal)
