Deliciously sweet & savoury glazed tender meat that just slides off the bones! These are some ribs we'd definitely go back for! Add a little kecap manis chilli sauce for an added kick… but be warned, it's quite addictive.

although I wished I could be in bali having their original ones in that Balinese setting.
To be fair it wasn't too bad. The ribs was tender and moist, with just enough fat to keep it sinfully satisfying. The rub was just the right amount of sweet, which would be perfect if you aren't having other dishes featuring the same sauce. But, as OK as it was, it didn't wow me - and I know I prolly won't return again.
Legendary pork ribs originally from Bali, Indonesia. The pork rib is cooked very well. Tender and juicy. Something is lacking in this dish. The only flavors comes from the sauce that's coating the ribs which is nice, somehow the meat is pretty bland by itself. The chilli is powerfully good!
