My loved ones have commented that I’ve been eating excessively and non-stop for the past week. Certainly not!
That aside, I’m loving the bangers & mash for its succulent and savoury German pork sausages in a pool of smooth and fluffy mashed potatoes with onion gravy. The only gripe I have is that the mash could be more buttery and creamier.

Ah, my comfort food pasta - Prawn Aglio Olio ($12 nett) with a special request to have no bacon & they willingly obliged. Spaghetti done perfectly al dente, not too oily & a nice generous helping of mushrooms & juicy prawns.

Parking is free on Sundays which was so convenient for me because it was dinner time & I had to fill petrol at the nearby SPC. #winningatadulting

Liked the carbonara especially as the sauce was not to heavy, the egg is also a nice addition


A no-brainer, laid back place for decent western food in the West.
The risotto and pasta were great but most importantly, I had a great companion who was there to hear me out.

An alfresco dining bar in a coffeeshop setting. I was looking forward to try the salmon pesto spaghetti, only to realize they have actually revamped the menu upon reaching.

Personally, vongole is a safe choice. A plate full of baby clams swimming in white wine sounds especially appealing, I love pouring the white wine over the clams before eating for stronger flavor absorption. Perhaps spaghetti goes really well as a 'soup-based' pasta, like this one that's cooked till al dente. And Greens should never be left out! Parsley - the reason behind a mild bitter, leafy herbal flavor amidst the seafood.

Go early to avoid the long queue!

On the drier side (this I don't mind, but some might), wish there were more spaghetti because it is perfectly al dente 👌 Prawns were juicy 🍤 On the whole, not sure if I'd order this again, though... 💭
