A refreshing new face amidst the mushrooming cafes, Hoppers serves modern appams with a tinge of local flavours. The Slow Roasted Chicken Rendang (RM11) is your nasi lemak packed into a light, airy hopper but make no mistakes. This little bowl will fill you up just as well. While I'm not a sweet tooth, the Milo Ganache with Horlicks Condensed Milk (RM11) still won me over with the malty sweetness that revives childhood memories of eating Milo powder and Horlicks candy! Drinks also deserve a mention - the Mint and Calamansi (RM11) is a cooling treat that bodes well with their sunny shop whereas the Cameron Highlands Tea with gula melaka (RM6) tastes like a good, classic milk tea.
