Injeolmi always the best! Their versions of bingsu are made of milk, thus they do not use the term ‘shaved ice’..Love it~
Injeolmi Bingsu, best to combat this scary hot weather nowadays. This version of Bingsu is finer & more milky than the one that Cafe Bene is serving, which I prefer the former than latter. The texture it smooth and thus, easy on the mouth than the coarse ice served by Cafe Bene. Personal preference anyway 🙋
