It's definitely quality beef and you can choose your selection of beef - brisket, ribeye, sirloin - and the type of noodles!
Their broth was both savoury and sweet, kind of reminds me of bakuteh!

Rate: 4/5 🌟, so going back for their beef noods
πŸ“ Kin Cow, Chinatown Point

Each slice of beef is fork-tender, boasting a melt in your mouth succulence and tastes even more appetising when dipped in their housemade green chilli paste.
The broth that is simmered for hours and garnished with traditional Thai spices is incredibly flavoursome and you will leave the restaurant still reminiscing about it.

Their Thai beef noodles are extremely flavorful and comforting. The profile of the soup changes depending on which cut of meat you choose - from strong beefy brisket, to short ribs, to the leaner sirloin and ribeye or even wagyu. Each bowl comes with two very good homemade beef balls. You have the option of rice noodles, glass noodles or egg noodles and the option to add on servings of tendon, meatballs, tripe and more meat! I recommend pairing your bowl of noodles with the pomelo salad which is a combination of sweet, salty, crunchy and a slight tartness - a refreshing companion to the rich and flavorful bowl of soup and meat. I also took a spoonful of the khao soi (Thai curry noodles) and I was very happy with what I tasted. I have been there twice in a week so far, I foresee more trips to come in the near future to finish tasting the menu. Mmmmmm... #burpple #kincowsg

Best thing to tuck into on a rainy day!! β›ˆ LOVE the flavourful broth and the ribeye here is so thinly cut, there's no need for much jaw action (yay!)! Unlike other Thai beef noodles where the portions run small, it's a generous portion of noodles and accompanying kang kong here! Shiok. #Burpproved

At Kin Cow, you can choose from different parts of the cow to go with your noodles. Sirloin is located at the back end of the cow, giving the beef a full flavour with a leaner cut. Personally, Ah Ma Liu prefers the softer, fatter parts but I was surprised that it wasn't as tough as I have expected. Probably because the beef was thinly sliced and perfectly cooked.

The dry version comes in 2 bowls and I really appreciate that that huge bowl of soup! The broth was definitely the star of the show as I couldn't help myself slurping down that flavourful soup spoon after spoon. The noodles, sadly on the other hand, was really bland. I would definitely go for the soup version next time here, along with the ribeye or the yummy soft brisket πŸ˜‹
