This is the gold standard for all Chinese restaurants, and what they delivered spoke more than the Michelin star that was awarded to them. They perfected every aspect of dining - from the food, to service, and every single detail including temperature of plates and every little presentation. Even the starter plate of cashew nuts and XO chilli were so good.

It has been a long time since I last tasted a dish similar to this, since my trip to Hong Kong.
This delicate dish contains rice of dual textures (part crispy), topped with chunky lobster meat, and superior stock poured into the bowl upon serving.
