Sous vide goodness salmon and egg 😍. The salmon is finished with a blowtorched yummy mentaiko mayo sauce. Also, the salmon steaks were soft, tender and moist, so do take note if you prefer your salmon firmer 🐟. The egg is perfect with that runny lava yolk and it just goes so well with the furikake on rice 🍳🍚.

👍 Miso Salmon Don ($9.90). Love how the salmon was perfectly cooked- not too overdone and not too charred, with the right amt of tenderness and texture. The miso sauce had a nice subtle touch but for a more va va voom experience, go for the mentaiko sauce!

Chock full of ingredients! The salmon was well cooked and although I liked the company of the miso glaze, I did wish that they gave it a little more sauce though. The onsen egg was also perfect :) good dish to try!

Affordable Japanese rice bowls with a twist. Loved the seared salmon fillet topped with thick savoury mentaiko. Crispy chicken was a pleasant surprise with its strong garlic and Parmesan flavours blending together to deliver a blast to the tastebuds. And you can't go wrong with the perfectly runny sous vide egg mixed with rice 🤤

The meat underneath is more to the medium rare texture which I think they really nailed it down perfectly as it is soft, smooth and sweet. Rice with onsen egg adds the carbs section to this meal.👍🏽
