The spheres are filled with lime, lychee & red wine and you are suppose to eat it from left to right as the taste will get stronger. Interesting & refreshing

The juice just simply oozed out, you gotta take it in a single bite! Though I loved the flavours and taste experience, I thought it was too pricey for what it was worth. Will be back for the mango dessert though!

Three's a crowd. Not in this steamer. Infact I wanted more.

Resembling dimsum. 3 spheres of calamansi presented on dry ice to create the steamy feel. The shell is made of white chocolate and interior filled with calamansi juice. Pop the whole sphere in, one little bite, an explosion of sweet and zesty squish squash your palate. This will leave you abit perky due to the twangy and scintillating aftertone.

Rather happy with a dessert that is suited for a not so sweettoother like me.

After the popping in my mouth, I cant help myself but called it my ... "earth, wind & fire".

The first and lightest, with a pale green, contains lime, rum and osmanthus. Zesty and a hint of oriental down to earth finish. Second, a very pale lychee rose coupled with lime and adorned with rose petals that is gentle like the wind. Finally, deep dark purple color with blood mandarin, lemon and shiraz. The heaviest of the three, a strong red wine aftertone that truly fires up your palate (at least for a non-drinker).

Remember do not bite. Just pop the whole sphere in and enjoy the burst of exhilarating flavors swishing around. A dessert that will absolutely leave you all perked up.

You should be advise to take the spheres in this order to enjoy thebest experience. From the lightest which is the lime to the lychee and finally to the blood. Addicitively good.
