Ponzu was pretty strong, tuna collar slightly crispy on the exterior. Meat was juicy and overall it's pretty satisfying, tho I gotta say there's a bit of fishiness.
This grilled tuna collar is DA BOMBZ! 💣 First, its massive. Second, it's grilled basically in its own oils, and grilled perfectly to give it that slight char on the surface. Third, the flesh! Oh man, so soft, moist and tender! Doesn't look like it, but this was a stunner! 😍
Great for sharing, or not, no judging. Give this whole thing to me, and that well balanced ponzu, and I'll devour everything. 😜
