Amazing place for pizzas and pastas tucked away in Katong V!! My favourite pizza/pasta place now actually. The Beef Ragu ($19+) was the best I’ve had. The tagliatelle and actually all their bases are handmade and you can truly taste the difference. Beef was cooked in red wine and it was the perfect pairing. Really springy and tasty, a must go for pasta & pizza lovers. Their truffle pizza was super good too. Service was also amazing, I’ve nothing to complain about!
In comparison with the Salami Pizza, the Truffle fared better and was something I found enjoyable. The Truffle Pizza is twice-baked; once before the egg is added in and baked again after — this resulted in a more crisp crust as compared to the Salami Pizza. This pizza sees a white sauce base with black truffle (there's traces of the real stuff in there!), mozzarella and egg (ours came flowy and nothing short of all your #eggporn fantasies) — a cheesy, savory delight a hint of truffle and eggy goodness.
