Finally got to try this platter with their handmade noodles. Prolly because we were the first customer, the broth wasn't that flavorful. But the portion was so worth it. The bowl it was served in was bigger than 2x my face and yet, the ingredients and soup were filled up till almost the brim! So the experience was not bad:) Will consider giving it more try later in the evening the next time:)
We tried their Signature Seafood Platter ($28), which had an assortment of seafood served in a bowl bigger than our faces. We also had their Lobster Seafood Soup ($28) that came with a whole lobster, lobster balls and prawns! ~

We travelled to the west last weekend to sample this seafood soup store hidden within Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre. Choosing between Lobster Soup ($28 serve 1) and their Signature Seafood Platter ($28 serve 3), I prefer the former as it retain the sweetness of the seafood though might be on the saltier end.
If you are there with a big group, you can opt for the Signature Seafood Platter ($28, top photo) that serves 3-4 pax.

The result is a robust bowl of goodness with strong seafood aroma and has a natural sweet flavour, attributed by the fresh seafood (the meat easily comes off the shell by the way). Different options of seafood (from prawns and fish to lobster) are prepared upon order and each choice has a slightly varied taste due to different ingredients even though they are prepared in the same broth.
