Can you believe this is a dish made from FROG! The shredded frog meat was made into a parfait coated with red rice batter and deep fried. Served together fish bone stock spade, vinegar with frog liver and egg yolk. .

The love the idea that we need to use the parfait to mixed the "green powder" with the spades and marinated egg yolk. Because of the marinated egg yolk, a strong sweet aftertaste masked any unwanted gamey taste from the fresh liver. .

I am sure that I got some of the ingredients wrong as the dish was too complex. However if you ever have the chance to order this dish, please try it!
