Serving ramen and dishes tweaked more to the local palate. The chicken & pork broth we got was light but still full of flavour, you'll empty the bowl without feeling jelat. Got a decent portion of perfectly aburi-ed pork too, and that ramen egg... You know it's just right when you can slurp up that yolk. 😂Really great value-for-money, you can tell the residents love it from the good crowd they're already attracting!
