This is both our favourite dish today. Love the texture and taste of the batter, amazingly good and not overdone. Chicken meat is tender too. Tastes great on its own and even better with the chilli sauce.
At a dollar a piece, this was really good value considering the quality! The shatteringly crisp batter gave that ultimate satisfaction of biting into a freshly fried chicken wing, and the fermented prawn paste flavour was just prominent enough. Certainly one of the best I’ve had! Such a delight alongside a bubbling bowl of dry BKT.
