Always love foie gras for the flavor and texture. This combination of fruits with foie gras is brilliant. The slight acidic from the fruit cut through the richness of foie gras. It balanced so well as a dish.

The piece de resistance at Wizards has to be this beautiful sculpture of a foie gras-topped brioche. The sublime combination of melt-in-your-mouth duck liver, sweet and lightly crisp bacon and duxelle shrooms makes for an excellent flavour, culminated only by that dollop of zesty mixed berries reduction!

Also adore how that little rectangle of brioche acts as a pillow beneath, soaking up all the creamy goodness above.

The new cafe opening in the heart of KL city center. I would recommend to this Emerald city French toast (rm44) - brioche, creamy duxelle mushroom, crispy bacon topped with delicate foie gras and finish with mixed berry reduction.

Every component in this dish is rich yet compliment each other very well. A dish that done beautifully for the eye and yummy on the palate
