Braved the chilly weather to try this Mango Shibuya Toast at the 5-week old Oh My Mango!
It's one of the best shibuya toasts I have ever had. Toasted till really crispy on the outside that crumbs start falling off once it is cut, while the inside is still soft and fluffy. The toast was topped with a scoop of mango ice cream that's well-balanced between its fruitiness and milkiness, and a generous serving of diced ripe mango drizzled with sweet mango sauce. Some almond flakes added a hint of nuttiness. Not a fan of whipped cream, so it was left untouched.
There are also a few choices of savory toasts such as the Tom Yum Goong toast!
