Milk Soft Serve

1 for 1 deal worth a try
- tastes like 7eleven Mr. Softy
- icy texture not milky

The hard sugar top was nicely burnt and the milk soft serve paired well with the sugar. There was a curdled texture to the custard under the sugar top that I didn’t really enjoy though.

Crème Brûlée Soft Serve from @icenoiehokkaido - rich milk soft serve underneath a layer of creamy custard topped with torched brown sugar crystals; a delightful treat that tastes as good as it looks and best of all, you get a 1-for-1 deal with @burpple beyond!

One thing you have to know is that the portion of the ice cream is REALLY big. It's almost triple the size of a normal vanilla ice cream cone. Furthermore, it melts really quickly, so it is better for you to find a mall to eat it. Taste wise, it taste definitely better than a usual milk ice cream cone, but I did expected more from this shop.

The ice cream is nice. The milk taste is legit and is not too sweet. However, the formula they use is a tad bit too icy and it melts too quickly to be enjoyed at your own pace.

Creamy, soft and extremely milky. It melts super fast though so gotta be skilled when eating it.

Exclusive to Singapore
100% Hokkaido Raw milk soft serve topped with Japanese milk custard, dusted with brown sugar which is then torched right in front of you.
Initially I thought it will be quite sweet but nope. The raw milk soft serve was light yet rich in flavour. Somehow the Japanese custard adds a nice creaminess texture and compliments it. And lastly the creme brulee brings a nice crunch.

Despite the lackluster cone, Naganuma Ice’s Crème Brûlée Rich Milk Soft Serve ($8) was quite a hit for me. Exclusive to Singapore, it is first filled two-thirds with your ice cream of choice then a thick layer of creamy custard is slapped on, dusted with brown sugar and torched to a perfect glassy crust. Thus, for Hokkaido Milk fans go straight for their recommended pairing where underneath the crispy layer and buttery sweet goodness hides the signature Rich Milk soft serve. Though mostly melted, it delivered a cooling contrast as well as a lingering dairy aroma.

the creme brûlée was underwhelming; merely grainy custard topped with torched brown sugar but the hokkaido milk soft serve wasn’t bad at all! very rich and not too sweet, it was much like milk in soft serve form.
accidentally subscribed to @burpple beyond’s $9.90 monthly plan while trying to find their free month trial option, and it turned out to be money well spent! this creme brûlée cone costs $8 but we got it at one for one with burpple beyond. for dinner we also bought two $16 sandwiches for the price of one so just tonight alone that’s $14.10 saved!

Rich, creamy and fragrant Hokkaido milk soft serves for sunny days (or any day, really).
