Vegetarian beehoon is so common but this stall has mock goose meat deep fried to crispy perfection and doesn't have the bitter charred aftertaste.
My favourite would be the vegetarian kway chup.
For just $2.50, it comes with a generous portion of kway with slices tau kwa, tau pok and mock pig's intestines, which absolutely takes the cake!
They also sell crispy pratas (only in the morning) but was already sold out when we got there 😞 #lesighpie
