The waffles ($6.90) was rather good but the ice cream was quite a disappointment. To add on an ice cream is $3.

It was a lazy saturday weekend after dropping off the kids at the playground. Swung by this cafe and had their Plain waffles and Hot Thai Milk Tea. Not a very healthy looking start to the day but whatever, lah! The waffles were slightly dark to my liking but it was still fluffy inside and crispy outside. The Thai Milk Tea was legit, with the option of making it less sweet.

Featured here is Thai iced milk tea, earl grey mille crepe, doi chaang and iced caffe latte. Flavorful yet not overpoweringly sweet. #burpple #tingzieeats

(This is the United square branch but can't seem to find it) Besides their marvellous coffee, they have set lunches too such as this curry chicken with taupok, potato and there's a slice of omelette with some pickled cucumber and comes with an ice milk tea too. The ice milk tea was just nice for me, not too sweet like most Thai milk teas. They do serve sandwiches and tom yum set lunches as well. Nice ambience to just chill and relax during your lunch time too.

Doi chaang wants some coffee for today? (Will 3 cups do?) Doi Chaang actually means Elephant Mountain (Doi=hill/mountain, Chaang=Elephant) which explains the Elephants on their Chang beer? And is also a small village in Northern Thailand (I always thought they were from Vietnam πŸ™Š). Grab the Caramel Latte ($5.90) to sweeten up you Monday or their signature Doi Chaang ($6.50) to cool it off a frustrating morning! Have a great week ahead πŸ‘‹πŸ»
