Matcha Parfait consist of matcha ice cream, sweet beans, cornflakes, warabi mochi. I find the matcha ice cream to be not that sweet, mild taste for there.

With Mandarin orange and yuzu sauce (S$7.9).

The pannacotta itself was nothing from the outer world. The mix of yuzu and orange was rather interesting though, with a good balance citric-acid and sweet touch.

Probably wouldn’t order again.

Pan-Fried Salmon w 1 Side - $19
·
The salmon is pan-fried with the skin being coated with some flour, supposedly giving the extra crunch, but ended up weighing the whole chunk of salmon skin down. Nonetheless the salmon meat is moist and well cooked. Accompanied mini salad with vinaigrette dressing. Their fries are very nicely done. Eat them while they are hot, super additive. The dish comes with a couple of sauces to choose from & you can add $2 for one additional side. So tempting to order 2 portion of their French Fries

Dolce Tokyo has this daily specials promotion, and on Mondays, the 2nd item ordered from the Surf & Turf menu are priced at 50% off.

I was delighted with my order of a Half Roasted Chicken with 1 Side (S$16.00), which also comes with a portion of tomato and fresh salad. Even though the chicken turned out to be a little dry on the inside especially the breast meat, the sauce that glazed the chicken was sweet, not smoky and appetising. The Thick Cut Fries was also a suitable pairing to the roast chicken, because it was skillfully fried to the right degree of crisp, complementing the chicken very well. At some point it did make me wonder if I should order the same dish but with 2 sides, for an additional cost of S$2.00 only!

For me, the pork belly doesn't match well in this dish.
The mash potato taste so so, it can be better than this. (中文翻译:有进步的空间)
The salad sauce doesn't taste good for me neither.
Yet, I finished almost the whole plate except 1/4 of scrambled eggs with bread.
