CNY Special
Premium flavour
Pineapple sherbet with cookie crumbs and homemade pineapple filling

Came to try their new and seasonal flavours this CNY. Gotten a cone with their signature flavour – Home Roasted Pistachio (premium) that has a toasty & robust flavour made using homemade nut paste and Pineapple HUAT Tart (premium) which has a pineapple sherbet base with homemade pineapple filling and cookie crust. Both flavours complemented one other with pistachio creamier and stronger in flavour while the pineapple HUAT tart is light and refreshing with bits of cookie crust as added texture.

I find the ice cream a tad too sweet but well, it's an ice cream. Maybe will go for the sorbet the next time :)

Tried something different today - the choco taste is not very intense but rich enough to make me slurp the whole thing! Could taste the s’mores bits as I savored the ice cream!

I love visiting this ice cream palour as they serve different flavours every now and then so their menu always have something interesting for me to savour! Tried the PINEAPPLE HUAT TART sorbet (premium flavour) that contains bits of tart crumbs and pineapple fillings... really yums! Looking to try more new flavours!

To welcome the Year of the Ox, the two limited time prosperity flavours include the Pineapple Huat Tart 旺来發 and Mandarin Orange Sorbet 大橘大利, both available for dine in or in pints for takeaways/deliveries.

The former is a pineapple sherbet made with homemade pineapple jam and contains cookie crust for the texture and this creation is to signify a year’s abundance of wealth while the latter is a citrusy sorbet that you can instantly associate with this Chinese New Year staple. Between the both, I prefer the Mandarin Orange Sorbet for the tangy flavour that’s especially refreshing to enjoy. You can have them in a cup, crispy cone or with a flaky croissant together with a scoop of their popular Home Roasted Pistachio.
