Rich, savoury, and a hint of smokiness, you HAVE to try this Devil's Curry from Triple DC. The spices filled my palate but didn't overwhelm, a testament to the love put into creating this dish handed down from generation to generation. Definitely a comforting meal worth making your way to.

Hidden inside City Gate, there’s this place serving some Eurasian food using grandparent’s heritage recipe.

Their signature devil’s curry used premium pork cuts and succulent chicken cocktail sausage, simmered in a rich spice curry.

Gotten the small portion for $10 ($10.90 comes with drink during lunch time). And you get to choose the spice level from mild to spicy.

The mild wasn’t spicy at all to me, but definitely flavourful taste. Enough portion of meat in the curry for one person.

Really delicious food! I especially enjoyed the Prawn Bostador and even asked for an extra plate of rice because it wasn’t enough for me! Worth a mention is that their prawns are huge - which explains the price tag but you will understand why upon seeing the size of the prawns. Very thick, meaty and fresh. There are also different levels of spiciness so kids can enjoy it as well.

The grago cutlets were really good as well - the owner told us that it’s made of krill and it is painstakingly made without any potatoes hence the shape of the cutlets differs from one to another as it’s difficult to keep the shape. Very different from the usual bergedil that we are usually familiar with. I really enjoyed this as well.

Find this eatery in City Gate serving up authentic 'Curry Debal', authentic to the Eurasian culture in Singapore. Bring along a spice-loving friend to have a go at their Set for 2 ($18), which sees 2 servings of Curry Debal served with premium pork cuts and sausages, Daily Vegetables with a choice of eggplant, kang kong or cabbage and sides of Fragrant Rice.

*Eligible for takeaway till 30 June 2021.
