The Seasonal Fresh Fruits Tart was pretty good as the Madagascar Vanilla beans infused custard was fragrant and not too sweet👍🏻The combination of blackberries and mangoes🥭 is not as common as perhaps berries and strawberries🤔Also seems like the fruits for their Fresh Fruits Tart change pretty regularly though, so we'll probably try it again with other fruit combinations☺️! The Apple Crumble Tart🍎 didn't stand out for us, as we felt that the crumble was a little too hard and the filling could've been more soft and moist😪. Overall, the Fresh Avocado Tart remains as our favourite🥑

This Fresh Avocado Tart was so good that we couldn't stop thinking about it even after we got home🤤! The avocado cream had an intense avocado flavour, and was not overly sweet🥑. Super creamy texture, which was made even creamier with that fluffy meringue on top. So creamy and fluffy that we felt like we were eating clouds☁️!

Apple crumble tart was stuffed with sweetened cinnamon apple cubes. Tart texture was soft and crumbly, and if you dine it you have an option of heating it up which I did. I did think that over time it became a bit too dry, and would have preferred it if there was an option of topping it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! I think that classic combination would have been well appreciated. For a tart this size, it was indeed higher on the price point but I do think that a certain quality in standards was still upheld. I have been meaning to try this since my last visit to drips but because it was unavailable, I went for the baked apple cinnamon tart which I personally actually prefer.

Iced mocha was smooth, strong, and not too sweet, though having moderate amounts of chocolatey nodes.

Iced Cafe Latte was smooth and strong. I liked it a lot because it had a slight hint of sweetness and was nothing too starkly bitter.
