[CLOSED] Duck Master (Platform M by MOF)

Last minute crave for some roasted duck and noodles..
Al-dente is the word used to describe pasta that is firm to bite (cooked till on the dot).. But this word is the only word that i can think of now to describe this "chinese noodles" that I've eaten.. The roasted duck is well-cooked such that the moisture is retained..
The roasted pork belly is meat > fat.. Love the crispness of the skin..
The XO fried rice is quite flavorful with a variety of seafood and the XO sauce..
Didn't intend to take food picture today but the lighting at where I'm sitting is so perfect for my "food photo".. How I wish there's such lighting at all the "food photo-taking" places.. 🤔
