Went to Dusk a few months ago and ordered 2 Tiger Prawn Capellini ($28 each) as well as Truffle Steak Fries ($13)๐ *Total prices were before gst
I loved the prawn capellini but the fries were just normal to me. I also really loved the view from mount faber and the staff were very friendly too!๐๐ป Overall ratings are 9/10 as it is a little inconvenient to walk up (unless ure taking a car/cable car) haha. Would definitely visit again though for special occasions such as birthday dinners or anniversaries (should definitely book a table incase there are no seats)โบ๏ธ

Classic French Chocolate Tart with Summer Wild Berries Compote
It was indeed a lovely evening experiencing a splendid sunset in the convivial alfresco setting over a specially curated 6-course menu including their signature nitro-frosted cocktail. However, the experience was a little marred by their slightly less than mediocre service.
From romantic date nights and casual get-togethers,ย Dusk is the perfect alfresco hotspot to be at. Hurry book your seats via @diningcitysingapore app/website!
This place is super difficult to get a booking. Typically even for week days youโll have to book a couple of weeks in advance. A sign saying โWe are fully booked for tonightโ greets you as you come out of the elevator entrance to restaurant.
Why? Well for starters the restaurant is perched on top of Mount Faber with a good view of Sentosa Island, the cable cars and parts of the Harbourfront channel. Reflections is part of the landscape and beyond that is the sea. Unfortunately there is no sunset view as that is blocked by the cable car building next to the restaurant.
But the good taste of the food more than compensates. We ordered their crispy chicken mid wings, charcuterie of cured meat, tiger prawn capellini and crab and mango stack. No complains about the dishes except the charcuterie which came with crackers that might have been around for a tad too long. With 3 glasses of champagne, the bill came to a grand total of $196.56.
May come back with a different group in future just to try their other items in the menu. And enjoy the great view.
Last minute decision to walk up mt faber and eat at the restaurant. We only had a seat on 3rd row but we like it there cos it was brighter when the sun had set. Ordered the forest mushroom with sherry as a tapas, duck confit and tiger prawn capellini for mains. Also had a nitro froze caviar martini (lychee) and a minty watermelon mocktail. Cost was about $120 for 2 pax. Food quality was average.
Good place to take an instagrammable shot for sunset. Service was friendly and very prompt. Thank you to the server at my table who offered to take us super nice photos!
Dusk Restaurant is one of the concepts by One Faber Group, so you know the views there are nothing short of fantastic. Great for a casual or romantic night out, the food here range from Asian main courses to European tapas and sharing platters. Burppler Daniel Food Diary says to also look out for their Breakfast Plate ($21) on Sundays, while Burppler Iris Lim's favourite is the Prawn Capellini ($28) which comes with "juicy tiger prawns, tossed in fragrant lobster-infused oil!"

Was yummy! Not overly sweet and well balanced with the tartness of the fruits
