Ending my Sydney trip with a much of our local inspired meal. Well I have been eating Mee Goreng for so long and this is the first time I eat it with a toast.

They stuffed the whole Mee Goreng within the toast together with fried egg inside. I could say it is pretty much a full meal to me.

So next time if you are around this area looking for some interesting meal during weekdays, you could try on this.

It didn’t disappoint but it didn’t impress either and could have been more flavourful. The bread was toasted perfectly, being nice and crisp, and the #migoreng was tasty but some parts had a bit too much cheese that overpowered the taste of the noodles. There is an ongoing worth-it promotion to add 50c for a drink (coffee/ hot choco/ matcha latte). The matcha latte was very rich but a bit too bitter and could do with more sweetness/ milk for better balance

Not hearing wrong, and this is probably the weirdest and one of the most delicious thing I had this Sydney trip.
Carb in carb, sounds like an oh-no, but it was beautifully toasted, filled with noodles, gooey cheese and a “magic sauce” which I suspect to be kecap mania and something else.
So it is spicy as well. Someone asked me if Singapore can replicate this. I say yes and no. Yes, because it doesn’t seem difficult. No, because they just got the combination right #DFDSydney

Many people first time coming could have hard time finding this place due to the construction around the area when I’m here. It is located at the bottom of the staircase beside 200 George Street.

This is a good place to get some coffee and enjoying the cold weather here. Few seats available.
