Hidden within the Print Media Hub in Tai Seng Avenue is the "Eat Inn" canteen, and inside that is a stall called "Wu Wei". What sets their "ban mian" apart is their chilli and use of a dark green, slightly bitter vegetable (don't quote me but I think it is called "gao kee chai"). Their noodles are cooked firm which is perfect for those who like more chewiness. Another odd habit of mine when I have this, is to replace the prawns with "tau kee" (dried beancurd skin). They soak up the soup like crazy, becoming awesomely tasty sponges to bite into.
