Feeling peckish? Munch on their Salted Mackerel Fried Chicken 🐔 with Tangy Sambal 🌶 ($6.90) & Onion Rings with a Curry Mayo ($4.90) - both were really delectable! 😋 Their 1960s Ngoh Hiang with Teriyaki Sauce ($6.90) had a taste of home 🏠.

If you are a fan of noodles, go for their Signature “Chao Da” (Charred) Ebi Noodles ($14.90), which features chewy handmade la mian 🍜. Add ramen egg ($1.50) to complete the bowl 🥚! Theur broth is insanely good!

Recently tried the food here & loved their rich & umami prawn broth 🥣, painstakingly cooked with 40kg of prawn shells & heads for 8-10 hours! 🔥
Their Signature "Chao Da" (Charred) Ebi “Pao Fan” ($18.90) stole my heart! ❤ Served with bean curd, pan seared chicken slices & a pair of huge prawns 🦐 charred to perfection, the Pao Fan absorbs all the essence of the robust-tasting broth! 🤤 The poppin' toppings add a nice crunch!

💕Chao Da" Ebi "Pao Fan
Pao Fan served with Ebi Bar's signature broth, bean curd, pan seared chicken slices and a pair of prawns, topped with Ebi Bar’s crispy “pao fan poppin’ toppings”.
The broth and prawn can taste the char/ wok hei and the prawn is fresh.

In celebration of National Day, this version of hokkien noodle pays homage to the traditional old school way of preparing with a contemporary twist. In the past, sea cucumber was added in the frying process, and this version contains that ingredient together with seafood, fried chicken skin and topped with ikura. There are two versions available, a Regular ($12.90) and a luxe version ($19.80) which comes added with the chao da ebi prawns.

As with most good hokkien noodles, this dish is able to travel well during the delivery and it makes it taste even better when you wrap it with the opeh leaf as the flavours get concentrated. As this is a drier version, there is more wok hei than the wetter ones and a good pairing will be the 1960s Ngoh Hiang ($5.52), made with chicken meat.

Stroked to try @ebibarsg luxe version of Hokkien Mee!

Limited quantities churned, their rendition of Hokkien Mee (from $12.90) is crafted with their umami prawn broth and served with Ikura and fried chicken skin instead of pork lard. Recommend to go for the one with Signature “Chao Da" Ebi Prawn ($19.80) which has a more distinct wok hei taste.
