From the Burpple community

A fine example of a breakfast burger done right - thicc Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and tangy chipotle ketchup with egg cooked your way bursts with an explosion of fatty, salty flavours from between fluffy buns, a most satiating experience that will quell any appetite.

I had my doubts about how good a supposedly simple egg sandwich could be, but Eggslut's hype is well-deserved. Even after enduring the ignominy of overnight refigeration and the morning after's quick warm-up in the microwave, the signature Fairfax still held up remarkably. The cage-free scrambled eggs still remained soft and pillowy, its mild, creamy butteriness accentuated by chives, caramelized onions, cheddar and sriracha mayo in an amalgamation of sweet, cheesy and subtly spicy. Lastly, the glossy buns were the right size and ratio to fillings, and had great texture and flavour too.

People said you shouldn’t come here without trying on their Slut.

It is pretty much a good meal for the morning, but of course you still can have it all-day anytime.

A small glass jar filled with coddled egg on top of house-made potato purée, then mixing them with gray salt and chives. It is also served with slices of baguette.

If this is your first time here at Eggslut, I totally agree that you must try this.

Here I am finally, after a few times wanted to try but deter by the long queue. Surprisingly there wasn’t any queue when I was here trying my luck on Saturday night.

Of course I would straight going in without any hesitate, and ordered their signature Fairfax sandwich without any addon; so I could taste the original for my first time eating at Eggslut.

It is so soft and I just get addicted to the scramble egg; mixing with chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and sriracha mayo.

Truly a heaven for someone who love egg a lot. Although the price could be something I need to think twice next time.

Finally made it to Eggslut! Had to try the classic, the Fairfax. Defo a generous serving of brioche bun plus scrambled eggs but I wonder how it would’ve been with a slab of meat too 🍖

Egg Slut: Expensive treat, but worth every penny ( Scotts Square Orchard Road )
- [ ] White Coffee $7 is essentially a latte. A very strong latte. Perfect for early morning post workout
- [ ] Wagyu Triple Burger: $23. Just look at it. Triple layered wagyu with spinach and pesto dressing. Flavorful, almost Mexican (in a good way). Obviously with the slutty egg on top. Be warned that this a huge burger and order only if you are really up for a heavy brekky.
- The Slut: A must try soft egg with bread. $11 well spent
- [ ] Service and Staff: Extremely friendly and fast service. Staff will handhold you while ordering and collecting food. One of the best service for a fast food breakfast place.
