Love that the egg covered the carrot cake. What needs improvement would be that more radish is required.
Love that the overly generous ingredients made the rolls so plump. I remember some restaurants cheat by making this roll become flat.
Savory lean meat on glutinous rice. One of my favorites as a dish for meals. This is really a contender against the good dim sum restaurants.

It has been a looooong time since I had supper! (Only having supper because our earlier picnic dinner wasn't filling enough). My favourite item here is clearly this fried prawn dumpling ($1.40 for one. If dining in, it comes in 3 for $4.20)! it has soooo many little shrimps in it! And I love that the chives give it a fresh taste! 👍🏻 The second go-to order is the lo mai kai ($2.20) which makes it a cheap and good meal by itself. For some reason, mom also bought hokeepau the next day..so in a span of 22 hours, I have eaten 3.5 fried prawn dumplings and 3 fried ngor hiangs from hokeepau 😅
