Topped up $3 for the hand pulled pasta and it was so worth it! The texture was really on point and we enjoyed how the sauce really blanketed each strand of pasta

Braised beef cheeks were tender and soft and did not disappoint! Worth a try when you’re here for the first time

Also had the seafood risotto and that really BLEW our minds 🤯 the seafood umami was perfuming the dish and the risotto was cooked to a wonderful texture with the sweet and tangy tomato sauce smothering each grain

Crowd's favourite! Definitely did not fall short of expectations. The beef cheeks were fall-off-the-fork tender, beautifully seated on a bed of creamy, seasoned mashed potatoes and doused in beef jus. Served with a generous portion of well-seasoned mushrooms that was a perfect complement to the dish. A lil' of everything - beef jus, mashed potatoes, mushrooms and beef cheek makes the perfect mouthful.

Price wise, it's slightly on the steeper end - $25++

The greenery on this plate screams healthy - or rather, made the carb-loaded dish appear way healthier than it should be. What a bonus! Doused in basil pesto sauce, this is definitely one of the healthier pasta options compared to tomato or cream based ones. Also, go for the handmade Tagliatelle! The +$3 surcharge is certainly worth it! We love how the al-dente tagliatelle scoops and binds to the pesto basil. Texture and thickness was balanced, even and perfect! It was made even better with parmesan toppings - that you can ask for more if you wish. Portion wise, it looks pretty tiny but enough to fill you up towards the end. Understandably why they're so, so crowded.

Price wise, it's slightly on the steeper end - $24++ or $27++ (with tagliatelle upgrade). For a yummylicious deal here, use burpple 1-1 beyond. Note: Service charge is applicable to the 'free' dish

so easy to go wrong but they’ve got everything right. wouldn’t have tried it if grab wasn’t having 40% long time ago. to date, i’ve been using 1 for 1 to dine here coz it’s not cheap. they don’t mind at all since they charge service charge on the free item. total bill would still be above $30 regardless.

if you love skinny fries, order a main w it. their sides are way more less affordable and frankly not worth the calories as much as their mains!

if you run out of 1 for 1, go to their first affiliate restaurant south union park instead.

The pasta was soso. The orange fruits are placed on top on the bread pudding w almond flakes, sweet and sour dessert, worth the try.

I really like the food at eleven strands, nothing fancy, but just solid, hearty cafe food. I’ve had their Wagyu beef burger twice, once at during lockdown and once irl. Both times I was satisfied! Wagyu is done medium rare and was uber juicy a d tender. Truffle taste was mild but I prefer it that way.
