Had their Signature Brulee French Toast($18)😍 and it was quite interesting to me. What I thought would be just a normal thick & fluffy toast topped with a layer of burnt caramelised sugar, the additional hot creamy custard base added into it brings out an unique identity.
The Madagascar vanilla scented Brulee french toast was decorated with seasonal fruits like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and prune. It was then sprinkled with pistachio crumbs and serve with sweet chantilly cream dips. So pretty!✨
The fusion of Creme Brulee and thick toast is something not commonly seen, and the taste of it will make you wonder will it be very sweet thanks to that brulee. The answer is no, it's quite well-balanced.
The creamy custard base and toasty crisp caramelised sugar were being neutralised by the fluffy toast. Add the chantilly cream to make it taste more amazing.🥺

Tasting note: Vanilla, Raspberry, Floral
Light acidity, less bold, thick mouthfeel.

Full-bodied espresso with steamed milk. Bold flavour. Smooth and comforting.

Once again, the egg was done to perfection 🥰
The portion was huge as well. Their coffee is also 👌

For the price, they were quite stingy with the food portion🥲 The bacon was fat and juicy, sausage had a lot of spices in it too! It was just a pity that they only gave one of each.

✨Truffle Eggs Prosciutto✨
The truffle taste was quite faint, but it goes really well with the buttered brioche. Brioche was prepared perfectly! Soft and fluffy in the middle, while the sides are flaky. However, I was quite disappointed with the bacon and it was quite salty. It can’t be eaten on its own. Overall, it’s still quite a good meal for brunch!
