The softest cloud of scrambled eggs ever, loved the soft buttery brioche and the thick thick bacon that accompanied the dish, super hearty super delicious

Got blown off by the young energic chefs when we ordered the Whole Breakfast Work. Premium quality ingredients combine with perfect skill in preparing every single item - crispy Sourdough outside soft insde, same with Pork Belly, sunny side eggs r just done nicely, goes so well with the russet potato & the tomato on vine. Kudo to the chefs. Oh, the coffee is awesome too ☕

The truffle was distinct but not overpowering nor cloying. While too salty to be eaten on its own, the thinly sliced prosciutto went well with the soft (could be creamier) scrambled eggs and thick brioche. Liked that the brioche was airy and crispy throughout thought it was on the drier side

Despite being vegan, this was packed full of flavours. Fragrant mix of sweet sour tomato with herbs and spices, impossible minced meat, and a oozy egg. Definitely worth it with Burpple 1-1

1-1 Beef Bolognese!! a generous serving of pasta and beef ragu sauce from their lunch menu (after 11am). Do come early as the seats fill up real fast!!

I used to study in the Bukit Timah area and Serene Centre was one of the places we frequented for McDonald's and Island Creamery ice cream.

It has however seen loads of changed after I graduated and there are several new joints there. One of them is Elixir Boutique Roasters, an Aussie style cafe.

You can therefore expect their brunches to be big hearty affairs. Their Breakfast Works Ver. 2 features a big plate full of scrambled eggs, bacon, Italian herb sausage, tomatoes, confit potatoes and salad greens. In short, all you need to start a day or after a nice long walk at the Botanical Gardens.

At $27, i wouldn't call it cheap but you will definitely not leave the cafe hungry!
