We started off with the Fried Burrata and got the Bismarck Blanc Pizza and Burrata Pomodoro pasta to share. The deep-fried burrata was a great starter — crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. I especially enjoyed the burst of balsamic pearls with the pomodoro sauce, which paired perfectly with the cheese.
The Bismarck Blanc pizza was my personal favorite. The sous-vide egg, cheese, and ham went so well with the sourdough crust, making for a hearty mix of flavors in every bite. It also felt lighter compared to regular pizzas, which I really appreciated.
We finished with their tiramisu, the perfect way to wrap up the meal. It was just the right amount of light and creamy. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying experience, with great ambiance and service. Would recommend!
Do make a reservation beforehand as they were fully booked on the day that we went. Strongly recommend the truffle burrata as it was my favourite. We had the Bismark Blanc and I really loved the combination of flavours. Remember to end it off with their tiramisu dessert as it was really darn good.
I had the pleasure of dining at Paradise Pizza, and the highlight of my meal was definitely the Mentaiko Pasta with Tobiko. The creamy sauce paired with the popping tobiko added such a fun, textured twist—every bite was a creamy, popping delight!
The pizzas were equally indulgent. The crispy sourdough base was the perfect canvas for the rich, cohesive flavours, making each slice irresistibly satisfying. Definitely a spot worth revisiting!
A cozy eatery located a stone's throw away from Cold Storage Jelita specialising in sourdough pizza, which was light and fluffy - definitely not as heavy and starchy as traditional pizzas.
We had the Jap-a-dog and Assam pizzas and these flavours didn't disappoint, with familiar Asian flavours seamlessly integrated with the classic pizza base. A pro-tip would be to request for some of their homemade chilli oil, which was the perfect dip for leftover pizza crust. Other things to look out for would be their 2-for-1 drinks, which is perfect for those into fancy IPAs and wines, and their tiramisu, which was decadently rich and bursting with coffee flavour.
The service at the restaurant was also exemplary, with staff that were not only attentive to our requests, but were also knowledgably presented the dishes to us.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely visit again!
I chanced upon this place and was blown away by the food. We had a starter, 2 pizzas and a dessert. The fried burrata was fried to perfection and the cheese went really well with the tomato puree and balsamic balls! The sourdough pizzas were unique, we got the Jap A Dog and Hot Assam. The Hot Assam one reminded me of Penang assam laksa, slightly saltier and sour tastes really went well together. Jap A Dog had a slight Japanese twist, with kewpie mayo on it. This one was slightly sweeter but still really delicious. If you like chilli flakes/chilli oil on pizza, you have to ask them for their home made chilli flakes - it's one of the best chilli oil/flakes i have eaten and i can see it going well with other cuisines too! (you can buy it in a bottle, and i have no regrets getting one after the meal!)
We ended the dinner with their tiramisu - and learnt that it is the same recipe as their sister brand "Fat Belly Group". Would definitely recommend it for the big portion, spongey cake and rich mascarpone cheese!
A drink to try would be their yuzu fizz! I dont like sweet drinks so when i requested for it to be made less sweet, the manager offered tonic instead of soda and the drink was not too sweet, to my liking! They also have 1 for 1 on their alcoholic drinks (beer, wines, etc), which goes really well with their food!
Their staff were really attentive and always attended to us before having us approach them for more water/sharing plates! Food service was relatively fast as well, with not much waiting time between the appetizers, mains and dessert!
10/10 experience here and i will definitely be back!
Saw pizza paradise around Holland Grove and decided to give it a try! Had the Deep Fried Burrata, Bismarck Blanc pizza, Wagyu Bolognese and Tiramisu. The Burrata was novel to me, but the cheese went really well with the sauce and salad.
I personally love the Bismarck Blanc pizza, especially how the lightness of the cheese melds with the egg and the ham. Could taste the sourdough as well, complementing the taste of the ingredients. The pasta was a familiar taste, reminding me of the Bolognese dishes I consumed in Australia.
The Tiramisu is creamy and had a very strong coffee taste. Perfect for coffee lovers, but might be a bit too strong for me.
Might go back if I'm in the area, but the location is a little far for me. Nevertheless, I would consider trying their other flavours of pizza next time I'm there!
