Chirashi Don Set ($83.60) ๐Ÿš: 1-for-1 Chirashi Dons, Ebi Fry Salmon Aburi Mentai Maki ๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿค, Pitan Tofu ๐ŸคŽ, Sliced Beef Steak (100g) ๐Ÿฅฉ Really enjoyed this set, especially the fresh thick cuts of sashimi in the chirashi!

I tried the Chirashi Don and Buta Kakuni Don.
The Chirashi Don ($35.9) is full with fresh ingredients while the Buta Kakuni Don ($29.7) is tasty and the pork belly very tender.

Beside the donburi, customer also can choose manu other varieties from their Takeaway & Delivery menu, such as Sushi surprise, chawamushi , pitan tofu and Salmon Mentai.

Restaurant is situated at a quiet corner of bugis, went on a Saturday afternoon and there were few customers then. Food wise, ordered a aburi chirashi don (28.90) seen in the picture. A bit on the pricey side with a standard portion, but ambience was good. Staff was also really friendly and chatted with us on several occassions.

Finally back for our all time favourite Steak, the smokey robust meat accompanied with the spicy tangy sauce is definitely a must try. ($15.90) The Hamachi kama yaki ($22.90) is worth every cent with its firm tender fresh meat. You may also opt for the Chirashi Don ($24.40) for its variety of sashimi. The Salmon Don ($19.40) is fresh but is rather ordinary and hence is not reccomend if you're looking for something unique.

Loving the chirashi at En Sushi, the sashimi is really fresh.
And look at that glistening ikura ๐Ÿ˜

Sashimi slices were ok, but the dish was ultimately compromised by cold, badly vinegar-ed rice. The aburi salmon mentaiko roll had very thinly sliced salmon slices too.

At $25 for the chirashi, Iโ€™d recommend The Sushi Bar instead.

Also they donโ€™t serve some alcohol by the glass like umeshu, if thatโ€™s something youโ€™re looking for.

However cold udon was fairly decent.
