Filipino sweet style spaghetti with a little kick of spicy at the end have lots of ground meat, hotdogs and luncheon meat and topped by grated cheese. It reminds me of my childhood days and every Filipino kids grown up with these kind of taste and became everybodys favourite. It is usually served in special occassions like birthday parties and as merienda.

Lumpia "spring roll" another filipino version which is made up of ground pork or beef with minced onion, carrots and other spices for the flavour. It is best served with banana catsup or vinegar.

Arroz Caldo "lugaw" is a filipino version of congee. It is boiled with strips of ginger and meat like chicken to add flavour. It is topped by scallions and fried garlic. It is also seasoned by calamansi, fish sauce or soy sauce.
Best served during breakfast and cold weather and best combined with tokwa't baboy (diced tofu and pork).
