Had to wait about 10mins for this but it's nice to see that everything is really handmade, plus we got to have it nice and hot.
The sardine puff has a bit of a unique taste and a little bit spicy, and the puff is full of fillings which makes it really satisfying. The luncheon meat puff is heavier with just a bit of luncheon meat plus potatos and egg and it's not spicy at all.
Will want to get again but only if it's convenient.
Eat it while it's hot.

I like that it’s not oily! The buttery, crumbly pastry is quite thin as well, focusing more on the filling 😋 packed with curried potatoes, tender chicken chunks and hard-boiled egg✨ not overly spicy 🌶 more sweet and packed with savoury curry fragrance✨ pretty good I have to say! Now I got to try soon soon curry puff to compare LOL.
This was better than I remembered. I tried the original at Golden Mile Tower. Freshly fried, this crust was flaky and fragrant. The filling is the orangery, mushy type and was more flavourful than many curry puffs.

Er Jie Curry Puff has opened a 2nd outlet at ARC 380. I was just going through instagram and I was like I must try this today! So I texted the boss and pre ordered these puffs. They had them ready when I got there. I could totally tell that they were freshly fried.
Smells real good and the thing is I’ve yet to try but excited to post. So here it is! I’ll update later when I have them (not all) for dinner 🙃
