Was one of the only few places on Burpple Beyond that were open on New Years. Soup broth was like a bland version of HDL broth. Noodles were decent. However, I feel like the price point was too steep for what you get. Probably won’t be back.

Highly recommend this place especially on a rainy day :) I ordered the spicy and sour soup base as well as the dry noodles with mushroom sauce and shrimp balls which came in a tomato broth!!

The soups were VERY flavourful and rich. The tomato soup was really tangy. It’s similar to minestrone but it’s thicker, slightly more Sour and has a meaty flavour. The spicy and sour soup was similar to mala soup but not as spicy and numbing and was very easy to drink. The portions were also just right.

It is affordable even without the burpple discount, $15 nett for a bowl. If you go during lunch, it’s $10 nett for the lunch set which includes a side an a drink! Would definitely go back if I’m in the area !

The dry noodles with mushroom sauce really allowed the noodles to shine. The dish looks deceptively simple and plain, but it made for a hearty meal. The prawn paste balls came in a separate bowl in tomato soup which was delish!

Loved the tomato soup base for the Marinated Beef Shank Noodles ($12.90)!! Tbh don't quite remember how the beef was, but the soup and noodles are EVERYTHING 😍 noodles were qq, and soup was thick and flavourful. Do give this a try if you like tomato soup!

Ordered their sour spicy beef noodle and the herbal soup pork slices noodle. Added on the set with drink and side dish was meh as we ordered the pig stomach which is not flavoured like those you ate at kway chap stall. But the noodles were good especially the soup base. Didn't expect lamian to be this good and there's different soup base for spicy and non spicy options.

1 for 1 deal makes it all the more worth it!

Had the 1 for 1 noodles - seafood pumpkin noodle soup and sliced fish pickled veg noodle soup.. not bad deal - big and sweet tiger prawn
