Portion is ok, but feels very worth it with eatigo’s 40% discount. Noodles are chewy, soup is thick and very flavourful, and the beef slices break up quite well in your mouth. What I liked the most was actually the Lava Egg (I think there was only half); might order that as a extra side next time.

Will probably try the dry version instead next time, as not only is that served with mushroom sauce, it also comes together with a small bowl of tomato soup!

The flavour of the soup in both sour and spicy options are indeed quite the same. However, I would pick the sea bass over the sliced marbled beef. The beef slices were a bit too fatty to my liking, making the actual portion of beef not too substantial, ostensibly generous. Plus points for the flavoured egg, even though it may have been too well done for a ramen egg. But if you see yourself more as a carnivore than a pescatarian, and all you’re looking for is soup flavour, this bowl of noodles is still decent.

This was a really pleasant and comforting bowl of noodle soup. It was both sour and spicy as advertised, and the way it was being cooked really tickles one tastebuds. The spiciness might seem too big of a kick at first, but it grows on you, and starts to complement the sourness of the soup. Pretty generous amount of fish as well. There was one particularly lovely and enthusiastic staff which made our experience there really comfortable😊

Noodles cooked perfectly for both
1) sliced sea bass & Sichuan pickles noodle: love how sour & spicy the soup was!
2) braised wagyu beef noodle in tomato Soup: beef was really tender, goes really well with the tomato soup!

The store is having a 1 for 1 promotion till 15 Oct! We got 2 noodles to try at $15+ final bill! The dried noodles came with a small bowl of Tomato soup! I'm glad I did not order tomato soup noodles as the soup is quite thick. Its definately for tomato lovers!

After trying this place out a couple of times, I must say the food is really pretty satisfying, especially with the #burpplebeyond.

The tomato based and pumpkin based soup are indeed very strong on their individual notes. You have to LOVE tomato or pumpkin to really enjoy them.

The hot and spicy soup bases are pretty safe. The sichuan peppercorn aroma from the Sea Bass and Sichuan Pickles Noodle ($14.50 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) isn't too strong, and the sourness is just right. It came with quite many pieces of seabass as well.

If all doesn't work, the Marinated Beef Shank Dry Noodle ($11.90 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) would work as the umami coming from the mushroom sauce will definitely keep you addicted.

Service is wonderful as well! Definitely be back for more 😍😍
